It wasn’t until my early twenties that inquisitiveness and crisis collided, giving birth to opportunity. At that point I could strip enough of other people’s expectations away to see clearly the path I was born for. Now, in my seventh decade, I am comfortable with my reason to be and with my life, I am.”
